All Victims including my self whos debit cards and credit cards were affected this last week and this past weekend due to this Lottery fraud. I want restitution for having take the call from my banks fraud department 30minutes. the drive to my bank to get card canceled and issue a temp card. My checking account funds held everything in it until Monday Morning. Saturday Credit one calls and $400 in charges caught. I latterly had to get cash out of the bank to do anything with my kids really was inconvenient!!

This is ridiculous. It’s fraud. Yes they can track exactly how and when it was bought and also even confirm on cctv. Which they already did. It’s fraud. Ticket is void. It goes back into the pool of course. This poll is insane.

It absolutely should go to the credit card owner, the card is in his name, a transaction was made, legally he owns that ticket.

Give it to the purchaser. If she had stolen someone’s wallet and bought it with the cash from the wallet she would be getting the money.

Can you prove that the ticket was bought with credit card? When you buy lotto tickets that’s all that shows up!! You can’t prove that this was actually the winning ticket?
She may have bought lotto tickets out of the credit cards ! But that’s not to say one of them was the winning ticket...but in her case she lost out big time! Ha! Ha, oh and by the way don’t give to credit card holder ! Give to charity! Everyone has insurance on their cards him or her will get money back....

Award the lotto winnings to the credit card owner as restitution.

it should be put back for another draw did the owner of the credit card buy loto tickets at any time it is really his it was stolen

If the tickets lost you wouldn't expect the credit card owner to pay for them, why should he be entitled to the winnings?

I agree 100% with Brian Murphy!

I think half should go to the Credit card owner and half to a charity of his choice.

I think it should be awarded to our local food bank that just suffered damage from a fire and is in need of donations.

They can't do anything because if you look at it the winning ???? is evidence

This was a valid winning ticket .It was purchased with an accepted credit card and the owner of that credit card should be entitled to the winnings . The fact that the card was stolen complicates the situation but the ticket was a winner and the valid owner (the card holder ) of the card used for the purchase should be deemed a winner.
