Really only 2 "if" factors of all these "bottom dweller, no name" coaches and their possible efficacy or lack thereof..#1. If they are GOOD coaches with GOOD ideas..their experience will soon be irrelevant as long as..#2. Everyone buys into the reset button process and playbooks as their being built. Sound processes and full participation of excellent talent (that cincy is pretty good at acquiring) can make up for the risk of not making "safer picks" for staff..however I digress, if Taylor isnt actually doing his homework with his picks and just hiring from the hip..then yeah it can turn into a sh*t show pretty damn quick! I'll also have to agree that it would be wise of him to hire a Yoda-like coach (Ala Rex) to help reduce the learning curve while trying to at least be reasonably competitive. Just my thoughts tho, and I'm entirely aware of what those are worth ha ha, I just want to see outstanding football again from a storied franchise!

Why is Taylor having such a hard time getting a DC Coach. Besides his inexperience. Here you have it as we speak right now with all the moves he has done so far on offence we are currently at the bottom. Now he is still wanting to get more bottom feeder coaches with no experience to coach the defense. Makes me question does he even know what to do as a coach we could of stayed with Marvin and been better off then we are at this point. My take either Get Del Rio. Or Rex Ryan or even John Fox at least our Defense will be better then the offence is with the hires the Bengals have allowed already and Turner needs to be let go terrible days to be a bengal fan

I think amd believe just like Terry does. Since the new coach changes looks like we imheriated some bad apples as coaches. And its trail continues if we dont hire Del Rio or I perfer Rex Ryan. If you cant get them might as well hire Marvin Lewis to run the def. Because Taylor is starting to make me question he choices. Look at offence so far. Looks like we are going to be at the bottom of the division the way its going. Very disappointed so far.

If ur letting go on Del Rio then by all means Rex Ryan has done great for Deffenses. So yeah why not. Everyone Else that are named have no experience. And its starting to look like we should of stayed with Marvin.
