City council needs to rethink this !! The Sandcastle Competition was fabulous and drew a lot of people to the beach. We need this right now after all the problems that the beach has had this year. Get some parking so that people and dogs can attend please...lets get some good things going on at the beach instead of just construction and repairs...the sand is still there !!
