withholding of money from Palestinians who - as moral invalids - kill Jews only because their leaders and teachers trained them to do so.
adding to predicament of helpless prisoners who were so brave to kill Jewish children, old Jewish citizens and pregnant mothers.
assisting the Palestinian leadership which itself wasn't able to make a plan to stop and prevent cold-blooded cruel Palestinian murderers in killing innocent Jewish people.
