Air Pods. I don't care for "in ear" devices that require a seal to work. Those are heavier and that seal constantly gets loose and then the sound is terrible.
I am also rather tired of comparisons of the air pods with various "in ear/seal" type phones; apples and oranges! (pun intended).
I don't care about siri, waterproof, etc. maybe slightly better sound tho.

Something in Rose Gold (Not necessarily hardware) would be nice.

I just hope they surprise us with some new unexpected hardware even though that probably won't happen????

Apple promised a reboot of of their aging desktop computer: the Mac Pro. So I'm definitely excited about that. The last upgrade was in 2013. So it had been 5-1/2 years!
I really do NOT care about their streaming services nor Apple TV. I'M ALREADY subscribed to many others: Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos, YouTube TV, Google Play.
I could really CARE LESS about AirPower and AirPods. They're expensive as hell, knowing Apple. There are better reasonably priced alternatives out there that often has better hardware & performance that what Apple has to offer.
iPads, meh! I have 2 sitting inside a drawer hardly being used: a Mini and a 9.7-inch

I really wanna see an LTE-enabled iPod Touch, it'll help Apple's performance overseas.

Up until DirecTV Now announced their price hike/service cuts, I’d have said new AirPods. Now, bring on the TV service!!!
I can't wait for tim apple to put his pp on the iphone in HD.

Basic Software that actually works for a change; I call Applecare almost everyday to report a new bug on either ios or OS; almost every piece of software they put out now is riddled with bugs; I could care less about bells and whistles, fancy hardware, subscriptions, etc, when every 5 minutes I have to employ a workaround for some piece of basic software that does not work properly even though I paid hundreds or thousands of dollars for the hardware. Their quality control on software has completely gone down the toilet. Steve Jobs was mostly about a passion for excellence; Tim Cookie is all about a passion for money. He has ruined this company. As one example from hundreds I have found in the last 2 years: since ios 12.0 came out, and yes, I am uptodate on ios, the microphone goes dead in messages every few times I use it, then have to quit messages and relaunch to use the microphone again; got sent/given 2 brand new iphone 7's in the last week, right out of the box the same bug; maybe only on iphone 7's; but this is typical of the bugs I find almost every day; been a loyal apple user for 30 years; only solution: fire Timmie Cookie.

Apple will ave a tough time with their streaming service to break ground against giants like Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and soon: Disney. They don't have any established franchises to brag with and their original content, so far, looks rather bland.
The same goes for the news service. They're reheating others achievements and selling them at a premium. If I want a digital version of the New York Times I can already buy it. What do I need Apple for?! They haven't been able to come up with new ideas in quite a while now, ESPECIALLY when it comes to services. And they're pricing themselves out of the market in almost all aspects of business.
Now a new iPad mini at a cheaper price I can get behind. We need more affordable entry-level products for education and children. They're a huge market but you can't tap into that with an iPad Pro. The only viable option for Apple right now, as novelty is lacking, is to reduce prices. As they were forced to do in China across their iPhone range.
I am sorry to say but if you want innovation these days you go elsewhere.

I have absolutely no interest in another subscription service. I already pay a monthly fee for HULU, Netflix, and CBS All-Access, plus monthly fees for password apps, weather apps, DirecTV, cable modem service, and on & on & on. We are getting dealt to death by monthly fees and it stops now. I wish Apple well with whatever they are coming up with but I will not be a subscriber. I will have to settle with iOS 12.2 which will probably be released at this event. I won't be holding my breath on any hardware announcements, they usually only come in the fall.

This is how I feel....please someone buy this iPhone XS Max Inifity blah blah so I can go give the proceeds to Samsung! Apple you’re boring and stale so when you learn to deliver products that just work for the price you’re selling them at then come talk to me...I mean why else do you promote Apple Care if you think your phones are that great! This is my last venture with Apple so you want to know how I feel about any Apple news.......We Don’t Care!!!

It is not the hardware alone, it is not a new subscription service for TV series only...
Apple needs to improve the user experience, so new hardware plus the new services together make easier the user's life.
For instance: a foldable screen by itself does not improve anything. But if this foldable screen let users avoid to carry an extra tablet and laptop, then it makes easier the user's life.
Last products of Apple could not impact users' life as before, and the price is not proportional to its impact. If the iPad Pro has to be equivalent to a laptop, why Apple does not provide a Xcode version for iPad to build new application right from the iPad? Can I run Latex? Can I run a virtualization environment? Why the iPad Pro should be an equivalent if the cannot do key things?
But there is room to improvements, let see what is going to happen... :-)

I'd like to see a completely re-designed iPod which can compete on sound quality etc with the best DAPs and with a complete set of Bluetooth codecs like APTX HD & LDAC. Not much chance I know, but I can dream.

iMacs, iMacs and iMacs - I agree with Chris's comment above
How about a MacBook Pro with a decent keyboard, the MagSafe charger and usable ports? Just update the 2015 MBP with more memory and you have a great laptop!

Very much in the minority here, but I want all iPads to lose the button. And I still want a refreshed Mini.

We’re all way past due for desktop computing upgrades (excluding the mini). I’ve been keeping track of what people are tweeting about iMacs for the past few months and the number of people with dead or dying older iMacs who are holding out for a new model is staggering. Perhaps I’m biased because I also fall into that camp, but I started holding my breath for a refresh last summer and now I’m blue in the face and starting to wonder if my loyalty is both foolish and impractical.

Until the Mac Pro ships, I'm just not interested in making any more investments in Apple's Ecosystem.
