Was council right to cap building heights at six storeys on Lower Johnston Road?

Although I am not certain that sewers, electrical power, service people (fire fighters, police, medical staff. et all) can handle the overflow of people I still voted to agree that height should be capped below Thrift.
The view is what makes White Rock the beauty that it is now. Also I imagine many of those who can afford the units are the same people who are absent most of the year (well maybe not 6 months for Canadian benefits' regulation).
Think also of the trees and habitat that holds the land in place. So many thoughts about nature etc.
