my error, first sentence is corrected to 32-25 instead of 21-35.
Too much pressure from Big Timers to get 21-35 passed, let the people decide. I am against 32-35 but, if the people are in favor, I go with the will of the people.
Please legalize so that we can as a community move forward to making Guam greater than it already is.
