    The 2019-2020 Federal Budget should have contained funds to pay for:

    1) Building a NETWORK of SkyTrain lines in Metro Vancouver's "South ot Fraser" (SOF) sub-region:

    - Along Fraser Highway to/ from the 2 Langleys;

    - Along King George Boulevard to/ from the communities of Guildford and Newton;

    - From Scott Road Station along 120th Street to/ from Northeast Delta's/ Northwest Surrey's Scottsdale community);

    2) Implementing long-needed “Bus Rapid Transit” routes in the SOF;

    3 Replacing Highway 99's 60-year-old) Massey Tunnel;

    4) Conducting a South Surrey-to-Richmond commuter rail rapid transit feasibility study to establish:

    a) The best/ most appropriate technologies for a rapid transit commuter rail line from South Surrey (the South Surrey Park and Ride??) to Richmond (Bridgeport Station??)

    b) The likely costs of building and operating such a rapid transit commuter rail line;
    =======================

    Expedited design and construction of several dozen new K-12 schools in the SOF, and particularly in the city of Surrey- BC's second most populous city; BC's fastest growing city (by population), BC's biggest and most short of schools jurisdiction....
