Should the City of Ottawa stop selling bottled water at municipal facilities?

After many years of enjoying water fountains, the city decided they were unhealthy. Now, they seem to be allowing fountains again in parks and establishments around the city. Bottled water is extremely necessary for such occurrences as parents and children's summer sporting events, board meeting etc. bringing health a safety to the fore at a time when parents are rightly concerned. I feel confident that the majority of plastic water bottles do reach recycling, BUT I strongly feel we need to have a return allowance. It would be a great advantage to youth groups during their bottle drives raising charitable funds.
