    Absolutely. This is a natural alternative to chemical pills for pain relief and other ailments where I won't need a doctor's prescription. I'm all for it.

    Yes she should. I have lost both of my parents to cancer. If there was access maybe things would be different. Passing recreational cannabis would make it easier for people who are curious about it as treatment to have access, instead of having to jump through hoops with doctors. Please sign it Lou.

    This being legalized will open so many doors of opplrtunities , not only will it help with healthcare in areas that require cannabis, but also with mental health for people with anxiety, ptsd, bipolar etc... but look at the revenue that it generate, and Guam needs a boost seriously. think of it people we need it because the government always borrowing money and having a hard time paying back. this is new money that we need ... yes governor legalize it

    I cant touch it for 10 more years but with my chronic back pain I am looking forward to getting rid of man made/ over priced prescription pills.
