Yes she should. I have lost both of my parents to cancer. If there was access maybe things would be different. This being legalized will open so many doors of opplrtunities , not only will it help with healthcare in areas that require cannabis, but also with mental health for people with anxiety, ptsd, bipolar etc... but look at the revenue that it generate, and Guam needs a boost seriously. think of it people we need it because the government always borrowing money and having a hard time paying back. this is new money that we need ... yes governor legalize it
