Tina I am with you, if I could escape and start a simpler life in the countryside (France or anywhere else) I would do it in a heartbeat!

Our country has issues to be sure, but I love the way things are and am happy to stay living with things just as it is

I agree with all you said but instead try the best I can to keep my own life and my families in sync with our values/morals

Yes it's changing fast and not necessarily in a good direction and if I COULD change it, I would but it's not in the cards

Your dream is what we have done and we love it!

We are seriously contemplating a major move (either in the U.S. or abroad) to get away from the maintsteam

We live in the greatest country in the world, not perfect by far but we are blessed to live here.
I would like to see our country come together, to live peacefully accepting and treating each other in love.
Maybe one day.
