I started watching GH while in HS & loved hearing the stories of the characters who are gone. Would love to have more flashbacks on other episodes when they talk about the past.
Should have been Flashback sequences when characters were remincing about things and stories. Not a 10 second one at end of show. Writers missed a great opportunity for the LONG-Time fans.

I watched GH since day 1 so I appreciated all the references to characters who are no longer on the canvas. However, like Nina W. I would have enjoyed a flashback immediately and not just at the end.
The Anniversary special was such an uplifting show, and a reprieve from all the murders and illnesses General Hospital pushed on the viewers this past year. I am particularly sad to know that the character of Oscar is dying, as Garren Stitt is an excellent actor. He has matured and grown in his portrayal of Oscar. General Hospital needs to understand that they could have forged another direction by taking the viewer through treatments for Oscar's brain cancer bur allow him to live. We do not need more doom and gloom on General Hospital.

It was an enjoyable show and I agree with Deborah more flashbacks would have been nice.
