If making Gwa privatize is going to benifit guam then your wrong, all rate payers are barely paying a lot for the service that’s provided .Making gwa privatize will make all your bills higher causing the spike for better wages and better service which everyone wants. Otherwise gwa employees do the best at what they do with very limited resource . It seems that all the hard work that’s done all certain people complain about is Privatize GWA , tell me this why people pay for $300-600 dollar power bills or $300 -500 dollar phone bills when none of that is used for the protection of waste water going into your homes or prevention from water contamination which result in an average bill of $50-70 dollars . Please do give this a thought as it would result in another government dissapointment to have no say in any of actual island resource . We as a island have no control of anything on this island if all was ran privatize .
