It would make TRIP very unwieldy and for systematic searches, you'd be searching PubMed as well so you'd have a lot of duplication. TRIP should make a virtue of its selectiveness.

The strong point about trip database is that its highly clinical. It’s not a usual database

This would be an insane amount of Medline redundancy in the world. trip is supposed to be about EVIDENCE, not just every article published in pubmed
