As long as the safe injection site is in the vicinity of where most of the discarded needles are being located it make sense to have one. If it is going to be located no where near the problem area(s) then creating it is a waste of resources

I think this would be a safer Alternative, instead of having needles laying around on our streets and to reduce Hepatitis infection and HIV transmissions.
