While I think both of them have equally bad split ends. I wanted to say Elizabeth Holmes, but after watching the documentary about her on Netflix I figure her split ends are probably due to paranoia and not trusting a hair dresser, because they get you talking. But Candice. . .she did this to herself! It makes it worse. She probably can’t find anyone to do her hair, so she’s at home with the Just For Me perm box or still uses a hot comb on the stove.
