  WOW!!! Competition really brings out the MEAN in people. I hope the girls are being shielded from this toxic wasteland!! Everyone should take a deep breath and say Good Job. Not EVERY nasty thought needs to be said/spread

  so again how can anyone think that 14 strikeouts in 2 games better then 35 strikeouts wheather the team is good or bad poor sportsmanship by parents and kids there shouldnt even be a vote.

  Wow Betsy...what an awful thing to say about the young ladies at Pioneer. Lets remember these are all kids. Every athlete on this list accomplished great things last week and I don't think it's right for you to be demeaning them.

  I’m starting to feel that the Buffalo News is rigging this. How many times do people have to comment that votes are being placed and they aren’t being calculated? Amazing how some kids votes are climbing while other athletes votes aren’t despite repeated attempts to vote. Please check your algorithms!

  Anybody can be anybody any given day in the sport gives us the best competition and she will do the same dont get mad

  I voted and it registered and so did family members and friends and it all registered I had them check and the persons vote amount went uo

  @ Betsy E. I have had the privilege to play softball with both Marissa and Summer and they are both phenomenal pitchers. Both work extremely hard all winter long to get where they are now. I don’t care who you are, 35 strikeouts in 2 games against ANYONE is impressive. A freshman pitching where she is and going to Missouri is an AWESOME accomplishment. Instead of making arrogant comments on who they’re playing, take into consideration how many pitches they throw and how hard they have to work to get to where they are. thank you.

  Shouldn’t it be taken in consideration that some of these athletes played against very poor competion compared to others who played good competion. Pioneer... cmon now

  I have been getting calls from people who are trying to vote for my granddaughter and VOTES are not adding up CHECK YOUR SYSTEM

  Your votes aren’t calculating correctly. When I voted it shows in the total but not in the individuals count. Please fix
