Yes, I voted that Jon Snow should tell Dany that she is his aunt, not only to nip it in the bud but also to let her know that by birth he should be king. She should have time to wrap her head around that fact.
Another key point in this episode was that Ned Umber (played by Harry Grasby) was the boy that was nailed to the wall by the white walker/night king, he was set fire in the last part of the episode. I did confirm that online :
This meant that the arrival of Jon, Dany and her crew to Winterfell happen in the past, since in the meeting Ned Umber ask for more equipment, but at the end he was nailed to the wall.
