We got one for our child only because she is in a split household! My ex got it for her at 11 ( he didn’t ask me.... that’s a legal no no)
Kids are addicted and it’s no fun!

When our son started middle school we got him his first cell phone. When my daughter started middle school we also got her her first cell phone.
