it is right thing to give offering to the service of GOD because before the Hebrews left Egypt they we told to ask from the Egyptian any thing they needed secondly the money used to build the temple after captivity it came from non Jews.therefore any money given/ dedicated for God's work should be received whole heatedly for that purpose.
