I recently had the need to call the Crisis line. I was planning to hang myself, I called the line and gave all my details. The call handler did not know what to do as I was quite matter of fact and explicit. She gave me a generic phone number for a range of services and I had to select a particular number and was put on hold. I was put on hold whilst in a suicidal state standing under a tree with a rope.
Whats the point of making a comment !
Nothing will get done. endless meetings !
