Privacy laws are getting the way of disclosing the name of offenders. It is in the public interest to identify the offender.

He should have lost his car for good, and his licence for a year, if he does it again then he should not get his licence back at all, for life.

Impound the car. Higher penalty fees and heavier license restriction. But if this isnt the first time then these people doesnt really care. Ban driving for life. That’s it

With an experienced driver on a clear day and little or no traffic, this speed would not be outrageous on a decent road. However, I am assuming this inexperienced driver is younger and needs to be well grounded to help his appreciation of safety. Impound the car and all other cars in his name, or his family’s name that he has access to for a year.

Of course speed can kill, however the greatest danger is racing and of course the speed differential between vehicles.

This car obviously belongs on a track. Let the kid enjoy it there, after it is released from impound. (Storage fees apply).

    Crush the car !!!!!

Speeding like this in Ontario has stunt driving implications. This kid is clearly not getting the message and should be given more proportionate consequences. Given the car he drives, those ticket amounts are hardly an effective deterrent. Throw in the cell phone and I would push for a much longer license suspension. This is a blatant disregard for personal or public safety.

I own a super car as well. Not agreeing with him driving that fast on a public road though I do know a quick tip of the throttle can make any of us reach that speed. Should like to know if this was during a passing manoeuvre or was he just doing that continuous speed. To me that makes the difference.

Second time caught doing this speeding at a dangerous rate. Licence suspension for one year and then application for a new licence with conditions. Community work and parents should go with young driver to mandatory highway awareness course. Outrageous that parents would let their kid have a car like this.
