Which best describes you and carving time out for yourself when needed?

I consider myself very in tune with my mind/body and when I need to unplug I do it immeditaely

I would say I am a work in progress, I try to listen to that inner voice but still have not conquered it

Not the greatest at this, even when I know I need time off or just a little while to unplug

Don't even know what that means- I am the giver to all who know me. Period.

Don't do it currently but defintely working on changing that as we speak!
