The poll says 68% agree/strongly agree. After Obama's purge of military leaders captain and above, we're left with a command structure that reflects Obama's socialist views. Couple that with the most restrictive ROE ever foisted on soldiers in an active combat zone and its a wonder more were not branded as murderers. The enemy in Iraq/Afghanistan does not wear uniforms and hides behind and employs socalled civilians. Holding soldiers liable under the same standards set for traditional warfare is simply wrong.

No action yet. Regardless, these men were indicted under Obama restrictive rules of combat. You're beef should be with Obama and how he endangered our lives.

Your lead-in is ridiculous. You make it sound like the soldier who shot the man in the head is being pardoned. I’m seeing this more and more in your reporting. Some might call it “fake news”. I call it deceitful.
