It's another case of fans looking at name value first. We've been guilty of it for years. I want to be the club that buys players who are the next big thing not players who were the next big thing.
I admire Bournemouth's approach to transfers. I don't think it would work for us because too many fans kick up a fuss if they haven't heard of a player. Unless they're playing abroad for a fashionable team, in which case they must be good.
Fifa and Football Manager have a lot to answer for.
