I've been waiting 50+ years for this vehicle. Should have bought one in 1969 but war was calling. I'll be pushing past seven decades when this comes out. Let me know when I can order it. ✌

I'm so excited for the new ID Buzz! I plan on buying one as soon as they are available for sale in the US. I just wish it was coming sooner than 2022. Hurry up because I want to be driving it. ????

I have owned 7 Volkswagens. One my son totaled in an accident hitting a tree and walked away without injury. One my brother in law totaled T-boning a van and all 3 passengers walked away without injury. I had the diesel station wagen and loved it, it was peppy and had great gas mileage. When I had to trade it in I walked away with thousands in my bank account and the exact same car non diesel a year newer and 10k less miles on it. My daughter has the Tiguan, son has the Jetta, in all the years I have owned these cars we have only had to change tires, oil and batteries. I can't wait for any version of the electric van. I have been considering a used Tesla sedan but will hold out a few years if this vehicle becomes a reality.

VW.and subs lying, was one thing. The cover-up and multiple felonies were other things. If only they had been helping validate Tesla's business model back in say, 2012 or 2013, by showing people how great electric vehicles could be. No, instead they lied about the fact that clean diesel ever existed. The tests on monkeys and human subjects done at their request were also extremely unnecessary. Diesel, soot, nanoparticulates and other stuff just stink.

And VW should have been required to build and provide equivalent DCFC for all vehicles, at maybe cost plus 5%, with the infrastructure paid for by them. Their DCFC is going to work for Tesla via a CHAdeMO adapter and 50kW max? Whoopdedoo!

I hope to avoid ever having to pay VW for anything, including their DCFC for as long as possible. Come on Rivian, Bollinger and Tesla, show VW what you've got!

The ID Buzz looks great but it's a Westfalia version that I'm holding out for. VW, if you're listening, please make a Westfalia asap. And if you make sure it's only a little bit more expensive than the regular ID Buzz, I promise I'll forgive you for your past sins. ;)

Funny that Volkswagen has never been able to get the electrical fab work on my Jetta, VR6 or Beetle. I suppose I'll have to carry the usual fire extinguisher, battery charger and box of spare fuses for my new Ee-vee-vee. After I replace everything electrical that needs to be replaced at least twice, I should have a reliable vehicle on my hands.

Need to get those diesels to pass EPA standards My fleet of be cars all diesel far Outlast, out milage(mpg) than the gas counter parts. No question not for everyone but the markets still there for them. Even I'm hunting for one of the last available diesel ones to purchase! Bring the BUS back but do a 3cyl gas motor option! I've been a loyal be owner since 1985 my only other cars are Corvettes. My favorite is an old 1998 with 337000 on the clock an constantly getting 50+ mpgs
All my vws have at least 200k+ an strong runners. Forgive and forget the dieselgate thing vw has resurfaced strong an reliable with more great models and technology for the driving public.
I will continue to buy an drive their cars without hesitation or reservation. To me VW is not the only car mfg.to sell cars with issues,Dodge, ford toyota all have had major recalls an I know of no one getting killed by a faulty diesel powered car unlike the takota air bags! No car is perfect no company is,no human is,that said let's move forward an produce cars that are safe reliable, and using today's technology to the best for all.
