Mumbai has never been rain ready and don't think it will be in near future...Every year Mumbai submerge in water with just one day rains. People get killed due to potholes not filled , people get stuck many a times, but the unfortunate part is people have stopped fighting as any Political Party come the situation will be the same every year as people of Mumbai are taken for granted as the next day again the life goes on.
