  It should not even be the slightest doubt who deserves it... After that phenomenal performance by Simona Halep in the Women Wimbledon Final she should certainly win it! Just VERY surprised and disappointed that WTA did not even consider one of her many extraordinary, incredible shots in that match for July 'Shot of the Month'!!!
