The right of freed black men to bear arms was denied by our Supreme Court in the Slaughter-House cases and prevented blacks from protecting themselves against lynchings and other mob violence. Who has the guns in Venezuela? Not the people fleeing. The gangs, the crime cartels and the government have the guns. Interesting post on “The Federalist” website regarding the need for more law abiding citizens to arm themselves and take responsibility for their own safety and security. As a side note - I do not own a gun or any firearm but I am very protective of individual rights.

Anything that is to be said will be said to Heath Freeman, the head of Alden Global. Given his desire to eliminate jobs to realize profit - since you have run The Estes Park Trail-Gazette into the ground with your arrogance and egotism, your bias, your lack of professionalism - that is reason enough to send you packing.

Because the man-child Michael A. Romero is a proud card-carrying member of the Democratic Party, he will pretend to be a professional and objective journalist as he publishes this so-called poll, which is nothing more than partisan politics.
