I've been a Samsung supporter since day one and I'm 50 years old. To get rid of the head phone back and external memory, starting to make me rethink my options and I and my 5 family members are due for upgrades. May be an Apple switch.

The Note 9 is still like Brand new and is all you need for a phone for atleast 3 years

I already pre ordered like I do every year since the Note 2 and I think they did a great job on the Note 10 plus other than not offering the Aura glow in 512gb. That is very frustrating for sure.

My galaxy s4 just crashed (yes, you did read that correctly... my 'S4' lol) so I just got a note 9. I'm thinking about the 10, but no headphones Jack annnnnnnd sd card is a massive deal breaker. Those 2 features were a big selling point for Samsung and android. They're pretty much risking a loss of revenue as apple converts may just go back.

I broke my Note8 screen and it cost almost 400$ to fix it. It does not make sense. I am not buying a Note phone again....

I use Bluetooth headsets during most times, to be honest, but I most certainly do use the headphone jack nearly every day. So not having one is a deal breaker for me. I'll buy a used Note 9 instead when it's time for me to upgrade.
