The city Needs to STOP making beautiful new routes through the city and then throw up a set of lights every 300 yards.

This is the slowest City for its size EVER to get around in and its NOT THE RIVERS FAULT....It is the road planners Fault.
Dugald Road between Plessis and the east perimeter. Using the word "road" is totally inaccurate. It is a walking trail at best.
