I'm from Ireland - specifically, a village beside a bog in Kildare. Not the easiest place to be a silent movie fan, or a movie fan in general, but I've built a decent collection.

Indiana in the USA. Specifically, Patricksburg. A little town of 120 people. About 70 miles southwest of Indianapolis. There are absolutely NO silent movie fans in my area. My wife doesn't care for them either, but I am not dissuaded. I am still a happy guy!

A hard place to be a silent fan.......Lucky there is a way to get hold of movies via Amazon and other sellers round the world.

I'm one of the very lucky folks who hail from Rochester, NY, home of the George Eastman House/Museum, where silent movies have been shown on the big screen almost weekly since the 1950's, usually with live accompaniment.
