For those of you who quote religion as a reason not to execute, prove to me there is a god. Then and only then will I come around to your viewpoint. Until that time and I'm very sure you nor anyone else in this world can prove that such a being exists, he should be executed. Keep your religions out of state matters. The man is a cold-hearted killer. There is no place on this earth for this low form of life. He abdicated his place in humanity.

We are way to soft on crime in this country. These people should be made an example for what they do. If they can't live in an free, law abiding society, then they should live at all. I'm tired of supporting these types of individuals in their cozy prison life, where they are allowed to do what ever the wan and get the life benefits of better medical and education then anyone can afford in the real world. And most say that crime doesn't pat ?1?

Kill him! Rid the earth of a POS! And the attorneys that are defending him as well.

I am sorry , but I feel what this kid and his brother did in Boston , my home town. was horrible. The people that were wounded and Died, especially the 8 year old, they did not get another choice. So you must live out what time you have left before the sentence of death is carried out.

The news clip shows this monster walking along and specifically placing the bomb directly behind that innocent little boy, knowing he was cutting his life short. No to life imprisonment. Give him the death penalty, but for me as a Mother and Grandmother...I'd say skip the drugs that would eliminate him having to suffer before he dies. He deserves as much pain as is possible for those people who died at his hand. Good riddance to this useless, evil man.

Life sentence. No human should take another human’s life, not even the US Federal Government which also consists of humans to seek justice or revenge. God will handle justice. This boy has a mother and a father too.

They should build a gallows and hang this POS. His family accepted the grace and hospitality of our country, lived on our generous welfare benefits and he, along with his brother, repaid us with their treachery.

    HANG HIM HIGH1

While I'm opposed to the death penalty when there is any question who the killer is, there is no question here, and it wasn't just one person.

Here the death penalty is very appropriate. While the general feeling is that death penalty action should be swift and painless, I can see here where a dragged out, painful and very slow death would serve justice better.

  • Donald - 5 years ago

I don’t necessarily believe in the death penalty, except in certain cases.
In this case this boy should get the death penalty.

  • Maxx - 5 years ago

I definitely agree the death penalty should stand. Why should he get to live out the remaining days of his life with a place to sleep, food to eat and air to breathe everyday all while he purposefully and intentionally decided to harm and kill innocent people who did not stand a chance nor will have any further chance at life for those that died. The death penalty should stand. No doubt

Send him to the prison where they sent whitey.they will take care of him.

  • James - 5 years ago

He should get life. Vengeance is mine sayeth the lord.

Dude, take the death...your harem awaits you

  • Jon - 5 years ago

Remember Martin Richard; why is this coward still on this earth ????????????

  • Colleen - 5 years ago

This was a terrorist attach and we don't negotiate. He was found guilty and convicted by his peers. The people killed do not have a say so I speak for them, he should already be dead, end of story.

  • CHRIS - 5 years ago

HOW THE HELL does he have so many attorneys helping him out, waterboard his a** and make him suffer to the end like all those innocent people did when he set the bomb off

  • Jason Plant - 5 years ago

He put a bomb feet from a little boy, knowing what was gonna happen. . Once you kill a child its over. You lived like a coward, at least try to die like a man

  • Wayne - 5 years ago

I do not understand why he is not dead already. Carry out the sentence let the people he killed and hurt have closure.

  • vuong - 5 years ago

    no

  • Jeffrey Driscoll - 5 years ago

His cowardly deed was done in Boston and he was convicted by a jury of his peers from the greater Boston area. End of story.

  • Daniel Ferullo - 5 years ago

His execution should be a pay-per-view event and live streamed.

  • Deb - 5 years ago

He wants life in prison instead of a death sentence, I want all those people not to be dead, can pull that off.

  • Sarah - 5 years ago

I think he deserves the death penalty.

  • Carol - 5 years ago

The people he killed didn't have a choice and neither should he!! Period!!

  • Kevin Lyman - 5 years ago

He should have certainly known that his actions would cause death and serious injury. While the point that the jury pool may have been poisoned due to the heinous nature of the crime, may have some validity, he was caught on camera placing the device(s) so that there is absolutely no doubt. The sentence recommended by the jury of his peers should be carried out immediately.

  • Lisa - 5 years ago

The people who were killed in the explosions didn't want to die either. Nor did the people they maimed want to be missing limbs. Death is appropriate not life.

  • Erik Anderson - 5 years ago

    Kill the ahole

  • michael messer - 5 years ago

you know the victims had no choice in the matter and the persons or person whos responsible always cry about whats there fate why have any sympathy for the criminal they had none for the victums they killed he should die in worst way possible and feel every bit of it

  • Scott Hudson - 5 years ago

Where are the rights of the victims and their families. Actions have consequences. Time for justice to be served...

  • Lisa Lemm - 5 years ago

Why after the destruction he and his brother intentionally left behind, would I want to pay for him to keep his life???? That makes no sense at all. And don't get all high and mighty with me, it will not work. This piece of crap deserves what he has already been sentenced with, and that is already costing too much in my opinion!!!

  • David Phares - 5 years ago

I'm sure that those who died didn't want to die either. He intended, or could reasonably assume, that people would die from his action. Therefore he should die; eye for an eye. Pretty simple stuff.

  • Rich - 5 years ago

Fry his ass. This little puke had no qualms about leaving a bomb behind children. Put him in a building, tell him the building will be blown up, but do not tell him when. Bye Bye you little doe eyed sociopath

  • Prestige worldwide - 5 years ago

Also, he had no remorse, because he was headed to Time Square to place more bombs before he was captured.

  • Nancy - 5 years ago

I don't think his opinion is worthy of tying up our court system is he going to pay for his lawyer or are we tax payers paying he did the crime so regardless should be executed and why would he want to stay alive. I hope where he is in Colorado is not like living at a spa

  • Ryan Hetzel - 5 years ago

He didn't give any of the victims a choice for either a life sentence or death. He knew or should have known this was the likely consequence for his actions. He was prepared to die then and he should be prepared to die now.

  • Mark D. LaVallee - 5 years ago

Stand this POS up in front of a Firing Squad and get it over with.

  • Juan Antonio Moreno Cordova - 5 years ago

The crime he commited with his brother was brutal and satanic but i believe a life sentence is more severe than the death penalty

  • Prestige worldwide. - 5 years ago

Terrorism on US soil is and act that can only be dealt with by execution.

  • Larry C. Pierce - 5 years ago

As Brutal as the crime was, the death penalty fits the crime. It serves no purpose to hold a man for life after the damage and murders that his brother and him caused. The Death Penalty is justice for him.

  • chlo - 5 years ago

i believe the life sentence should not be an option.
