Offer the patient single gene analysis of the MUTYH gene and advocate that health insurance cover the testing

Offer the patient a self-pay option for single gene analysis of the MUTYH gene

Offer the patient a multigene panel and advocate that health insurance cover the testing

Offer the patient a self-pay option multigene panel

Reassure the patient that the likelihood of an undetected second mutation is less than 0.5%, (ie >99% chance they DO NOT have MAP) and not recommend further testing

Advise them to consider colonoscopy and make testing recommendations based on the results

I do not see patients for follow-up of DTC testing
