Apple still hasn’t fixed the touchscreen problems on iPad pros. It’s even gotten worst.

I don’t t use the phone often, but from my experience since updating my 7 plus to iOS 13.2 there has been many app crashes. Now there is no notifications from whatsapp unless I open the app once. I have checked every notification settings, despite then also it doesn’t seems to work. And fortunately apps are running in the background, but requires opening once for getting any notifications when its not open in the background or if you kill it from the app switcher/app cards.
