It's Potkin and Stubbs for me. I love Karl Mountford's use of colour on these books, really adds to the noir feel.
Very difficult to choose this week!
Good luck all!
All these covers are gorgeous.
I voted! I'm looking forward to seeing who will win this week's round :o)
Karl Mountford's illustration of the heroine ~ Lil,looks like so much like her! as does the background: that is how Peligan really looks.... I know, I've been there ( Thanks to Sophie's wonderful prose ) Read the book and you'll see what I mean!
Whoever said you can’t judge a book by its cover clearly never saw covers like these. All fantastic.
Great idea to celebrate the illustrater, often overlooked but vital to the appeal of a book, especially children's fiction
Karl's creepy covers are so atmospheric! Gotta be his.
