    I love my books/graphic novels :D

It's something about cracking open a book and just absorbing the material. It's the most relaxing thing that I can do. I turn off my phone, brew some coffee and just dive into my pages. When I am on vacation, I'm dragging a book, sitting my the pool and just reading. Audio books serve their purpose...it's fine and groovy, but to hold a book, smelling pages, 'dog-earing' pages.......it's just wonderful!!!

I love to read but just don't have time anymore, these damn kids take up so much of my time. I'm like BrooklynShoeBabe I have soooooo many books on my list that I want to get to. My co-worker who also has children gave me a reading hack the other day. She said she hides in the bathroom to read lol.

I LOVE BOOKS! And now I’m really rolling deep because awhile back I downloaded Hoopla, a app that pairs with local libraries. So I can checkout e-books and audio books. I also love taking my daughter to the library. She feels so grownup because the library has self checkout kiosks now. When I was in high school I could read three books at once; of course I had the time and I loved how weird my dreams would be lol. But now I just do two and one is usually an audio book. I used to be snooty about audio books, and didn’t think they counted. But now as a busy mom, wife, and small business owner - I love them.
The audio book series Binti is particularly delightful because I read the trilogy then listened to the audio book. The voice actress is so good! That’s what makes or breaks an audio book for me, the voice acting.

I love reading--audio, Kindle, and traditional. I'm a slow reader so it frustrates me because there are so many titles on my to be read list. Plus, as a librarian, I'm around new books all the time. So many books, so little time.
