I agree with everything you do, but can I ask can we not improve the wage's for carers who look after the elderly?
It is a rewarding occupation but not in terms of salaries we achieve.
Private care homes receive huge amounts of revenue per person, yet we are paid less than if we were employed by for example mc Donald's....this cannot be right?
I sincerely ask you to consider this as in this occupation we are financially deprived for what we do.
