How should the keyboard class action lawsuit be resolved?

I would much prefer the full refund amount for both this MacBook Pro and the AppleCare. This will be twice now that I have to send mine in for repair within 2 years and 10 months that I have owned this one. I am completely fed up and furious with Apple making this decision to screw their customers. It’s very bad business for anyone to do this to their customers.

What will be the end result if the lawsuit is successful? I would want a full refund.

I'm done with the disdain showed me on the phone and in the store. This is not what Apple was ever about. But since 1984 a new generation has stepped in.

They need to replace the entire laptop. What a naive post this is, but very helpful in my own quest to sue Apple. Because yes, Apple laptops will last and be useful a lot longer than the extended warranty Apple offers which doesn't make me or anyone else whole. Why? Because they use the same design defective part for ALL repairs so the problem can just happen again like it has for so many others. What do you want to bet that Apple stops such long term OS support due to this?

I recently upgraded BECAUSE of the keyboard and my inability to type words with multiple double letters in them without having the doubled letter appear randomly throughout the next part of the word.

Of course I am typing this on the bluetooth wireless keyboard v2 which doesn't have those keys so the tt pp tt I typed earlier has no errors.

I would love to have my mid17 model replaced with a new 2019 16" but I did also just spend ANOTHER $3700 on a new computer after two years and plan to take this older one back to Apple to get fixed.

    Again.

    !@$%#&

Well, since I have my 15-inch w/Touch Bar from 2017 Summer..I think they should somehow also offer us an incentive for us to switch to the latest 16-inch MacBook Pro which has the non-butterfly keyboard.

Its almost like when BMW discontinued X3 Diesel, but they sent me(as a 2016 X3 diesel owner) a postcard with some incentive to trade that for the non-diesel at $0.
