Are you good at knowing your limits when to say yes and when to say no?

I am better now than I used to be, I know what I want to do/can do and stick to that 49% (425 votes)
I am very choosy about what I commit to doing but when I say yes I am fully commited 21% (180 votes)
I tend to be a people pleaser and have a hard time saying no 17% (145 votes)
I do not commit to much at all, this way just works for me! 8% (67 votes)
I tend to say yes to almost everything, and often wish I hadn't 5% (46 votes)
