Never needed to drink an energy drink. But the story you read sound like people are abusing them or low key addicted to them. I’ve seen friends drink them if they’re driving a long distance or to stay up and study back in the day. But I’ve never seen someone drink one everyday or multiple times in one day. That sounds crazy.

Hi Rod and Karen, I just wanted to weigh in on the Nutcracker issue. Ballet has some requirements like hair must be in a bun , certain color leotard for level you have reached, kind of like belts in martial arts. Generally if you are performing you know months in advance what is required. I have 3 children who danced from 3 to 18 years of age..They all danced competitively at one of the first black studio's in Charlotte. There are about 4 or 5 now. This is the norm for attire. It really isn't racism, but I understand it can appear that it is. I think it has to do with uniformity and discipline. I also think it helps prepare for the dance world that a lot of the girls have chosen as a career. Our reign in MissNorthCarolina is a product of this system. Her mom owns the studio.
