While I do like a few prospects on this list, I don't think any of these candidates are very appealing. I think Greg Roman would be a better fit.

Please get rid of Paul Deposta&John Dorsey.Bring in Mike Mcarthy as front office,then put Eric Berry as GM.Let them pick a head Coach Josh Mcdaniels & let them bring in a (EXC) def coach +a good coach for Baker. Plus other EXC COACHES.?
