Who should be the Green Bay prep athlete of the week?
Jaddan Simmons, Green Bay Southwest girls basketball: The Arizona State University recruit led the Trojans to a 2-0 week. She had a triple-double in a win against Sheboygan South, finishing with 26 points, 11 steals and 10 rebounds.
Sam Haese, Wrightstown boys basketball: Had 37 points and 8 rebounds and hit 11 3-pointers in a victory at Denmark. Also had 14 points and 4 rebounds in a win against Valders.
Mac Johnson, Bay Port girls basketball: Had 22 points and hit six 3-pointers in a Fox River Classic Conference showdown against Green Bay Notre Dame. Also had 14 points and four 3s in a win at De Pere.
Sam Peterman, Green Bay Notre Dame boys hockey: The senior defender had two assists in a win over Ashwaubenon and has at least one assist in each of his last four games.
Kyle Krueger, Ashwaubenon boys basketball: Was part of a 3-0 week for the Jaguars, which included a game-high 19 points in a win at Green Bay Preble. He ended 2019 leading the FRCC with 23.7 points per game.
