Pact should trade all of this years draft picks and their 1st. And 2nd. Round draft picks next year for 42nd. picks in the iij s years draft so they can move up one pick and draft someone no one has ever heard of from some junior collage team no one has ever heard of who they are sure they can turn into a franchise super bowl winning player because he played 4 games in his senior and only football year!
Their coaching hires seem to imply that they are shifting to Trubiski’s strengths, running, play action, so, that could impact what veteran QB they bring in. They were awful, but so talented that they finished .500 with a super tough schedule. It won’t take much to get them 1 or 2 over that. Imo

Best options are Foles, & Bridgewater!!! Other possible candidates may include Detroit's 2nd, or 3rd string QBs who surprised the league after Matthew Stafford went down. They are young, will be cheap, and much better than Daniels.
Chief's Moore will be content to stay in K.C. behind Mahommes. vs being a bears backup; unless he is guaranteed a fair chance to start in Chicago.
If Drafting, Mr. Ryan get proven 4- year (NOT 1- YR) successful collegiate starters in the likes of Lamar Jackson, Mahommes, Desaun Watson, with great potential, especially if they played in a Pro style offense under a very good Coach. It helps.

Yes they will finish above 500. Hakeem Hicks will be back on defense. The secondary will be stronger. I believe part of Bears success in 2018 was the defense. Everyone is talking about the offense, but the defense had more takeaways, pick 6s, and turn-overs in 2018. Pagano needs to find more ways to emphasize takeaways. Find another dominant defensive lineman like Hicks, find another Kwiatkowski speedy & tackling talent. Roquan Smith needs to step it up. I was a bit disappointed with all the hipe expected of him as a high 1st round draft. Danny Travathan needs to be traded. He is way over-rated.

LIKE THE KICKING CONTEST, MANY QBs NEED TO BE CALLED TO CAMP, AND JUST LIKE THE KICKERS, PUT TO HEAD- TO- HEAD COMPETITION, AND THE OVERALL BEST CANDIDATE SELECTED AS THE STARTER. THE SAME SHOULD BE DONE ON EVERY SINGLE POSITION ON THE TEAM. ALL EGOS SHUT DOWN. NO GUARANTEED STARTERS. IF KWIATKOSKI IS BETTER HE STARTS, UNTIL ROQUAN CAN SHOW HE CAN PLAY BETTER. TOO MANY PLAYERS TAKING THINGS FOR GRANTED. HA HA CLINTON DID NOT IMPROVE THE SECONDARY AS ANTICIPATED. WHAT I SAW WAS OCCASIONAL CONFUSION AMONG HIM & OTHER SAFETIES, & BACKS RESULTING IN OPPONENT BIG PLAYS. I THOUGHT TRAINING CAMP WAS SUPPOSED TO FAMILIARIZE PLAYERS. NAGY, PAGANO, AND THEIR ASSISTANTS NEED TO USE THE STRENGHTS OF EACH PLAYER TO WIN THE BATTLE AGAINST THEIR OPPONENT AT EACH POSITION
ON EVERY PLAY; NOT SIMPLY FILLING THE PLAY CALL SHEET WITH HIGHLIGHTED PLAYS. I COULD SEE NAGY DURING GAMES OCCASIONALLY DESPERATELY SEARCHING FOR WHAT TO CALL , WHICH SOMETIMES RESULTED IN 3 & OUT. THAT WAS WHY WE DIDN'T SCORE MANY POINTS IN MOST GAMES DURING TE 1ST HALF IN 2019. UNFORTUNATELY HIS OFFENSIVE COACHES TOOK THE FALL.. WHO WILL HE BLAME IF THE OFFENSE STILL DOES NOT PERFORM WELL IN 2020??? IF HE CAN'T MAKE EFFECTIVE PLAY CALLS THEN HE NEEDS AN IMPROVING QB LIKE MAHOMMES, LAMAR JACKSON, ETC., TO MOVE THE BALL DOWNFIELD WHEN HIS CALLS DON'T WORK.
NAGY IS COUNTING ON DIFILLIPPO TO TURN TRUBINSKI INTO A "MAHOMMES". IRONICALLY, THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HIS JOB WHEN HE GOT HIRED. SOME QBSs HAVE GREAT INSTINCTS, AND ABILITY TO SEE THE WHOLE FIELD LIKE AARON RODGERS, BRADY, ETC. TRUBINSKI HAS PROBLEMS IN HIS 3RD YR SEEING THAT. HE CAN'T THROW THE DEEP BALLS ACCURATELY & CONSISTENTLY. TRUBINSKY WILL FLOURISH UNDER A SEAN PAYTON, WHO WAS A BEARS QB IN THE PAST. RYAN SHOULD CONSIDER A TRADE WITH SAINTS---- TRUBINSKI FOR BRIDGEWATER.
