No, only 1 of them will go to the next round, unless they have equal amount of votes, idk what they will do. But the person with the most votes will go straight to the next round. The other one, if he has more votes gathered than any other idol in the entire competition, will battle again with another person in the wild-card round. (my English is not good, but this is what I understand from the rules, so I could be wrong tho)
