Yes, my job does do self evaluations and I hate them too Karen. Every year I hope my boss is too busy to go through them. Just tell me my raise and if I get a bonus or not. We have to set goals for the year and both me and my boss is like this is stupid and set random ass goals just to say we did it. One goal is to send him a list of my duties. I've been doing this since 2016, no much has changed!
