I believe at least half of the DW audience will agree with me that David Tennant was the best Doctor, and is virtually impossible to out-do in a role where the Doctor is constantly acting things that are CGI'ed in, and have a personality that distracts from the insanity of working with creatures, and places that cannot and will not ever exist.
BBC, take your time finding a new Doctor who can fill the role perfectly with their immaculate talent. And, don't actively try to be woke. With the me too movement you don't have to force a female lead. Hopefully, you don't feel a need to for the Doctor to be black simply because of the BLM movement. We will be there one day soon enough! Don't rush it everyone has talent regardless of race and gender. Don't look for someone because of their gender, or race BBC!

Though I still watch- the doctor being female with 3 companions is not a good direction for this program.

The show is garbage as reflected by The viewers numbers declining from 10,000,000 to 4,000,000 over two seasons.
The BBC’s arrogance is incredible.
The only question now is how long will the ratings go.

Rest the show for two years. Needs completely re booting. Iconic show has gone completely off the rails. Viewing figures never lie. Another season of this and mortuary bound
