I went to New York for the first time last year for an engagement party and stayed in Harlem. I loved Harlem. Got to eat at the Red Rooster (love Marcus Samuelson) and Sylvia's. I got to see my first conveince store fight between an elderly store owner and another elderly customer. They even fought with their canes. I got to buy my t-shirts from the brothers on the street, pictures of the Apollo, got to ride the subway and saw a giant ass rat. As I was leaving NY and my plane was on the runway, I got to see Air Force One and gave it the good middle finger!!! I love my trip to New York and will go again.
