Should Mobeds be compensated for absence during these troubled times?

    Have you even given a thought as to the Mobeds who pray during the funerals and the helpers who do the sachkars, the risk they are taking on our behalf?
    Every human being should be helped in times like these.

    Not only Mobeds, all other Agyari staff like sweeper, divawalla, water filling guy in agyari where there is no tap water., etc all should be adequately and proportionately compensated.

    They can work from home. If requested the can use conference with the family for whom they are praying.

    Of course yes. They are our toarch bearers. Truestees of respective fire temples and community as a whole should support them in whatever capacity they can

    Yes, our mobeds should be compensated. They are humans too and as other employees get compensated the Parsi Panchayat should use their funds to compensate them.

    Yes, they have commitments and responsibilities and they needs to be compensated in order to make ends meet.
