It really depends on what I'm down about. If I'm feeling down because of relationship issues I always go for the old classics! I'll watch my fair lady, breakfast at tiffany's, and then there's good old Pretty Woman.
If I'm down with life, I'll watch ET, or Standby me or the goonies. ET makes and Standby me both literally make me cry real actual tears every time I watch them and then the humour and scenes in all 3 never fail to put a smile on my face. Not to mention i think about River and Corey and how short life can be.
If I'm angry with someone I tend to watch The Dark Knight trilogy believe it or not. The darkness in them is relatable, the adrenaline from the action gives me an outless for my emotion, and the scripts have one liners that just make me smile. I get soo excited about how good they were that I stop actually being angry
